VOIP

Adding the outgoing VOIP service to your QuickSwitch PBX allows you to take advantage of extraordinarily cheap phone calls. Make all of your outgoing calls for as little as 10c per land line call (to any normal land line phone number) NO FLAGFALL, NO TIMING.

Add incoming VOIP to offer local DID's (Direct in Dial) numbers from every capital city in Australia so that you customers can reach you for the cost of a local call without you having to pay for expensive 1800 numbers.

Add as many lines as you need without having to pay for expensive Telstra lines.

Pay-By-Phone*

QuickSwitch is gearing up to release the most cost effective automated pay-by-phone system available today. This extraordinary feature simply and efficiently gives your clients the ability to pay their outstanding invoices using nothing but their phone handset and valid credit card.

Transactions are processed using your existing merchant account via a secure encrypted link to one of Australia's leading online transaction vendors (eMatters).

Once the payment has been approved and processed the QuickSwitch PBX system records the details of the transaction, including the Amount, Card Type, the masked Card Number, and Invoice number and sends it directly to your inbox for processing.

All of this from a PBX only slightly larger than a VHS video cassette.

Remote Extensions

By utilising the VOIP features of the QuickSwitch PBX and your home office broadband connection it is simple to setup remote extensions to anly location in the world.

Simply purchase the special teleworker Handset from our online shop, plug it in and away you go.

We will even configure it for you, ship it directly to your teleworkes home/office and assist them with its installation.

InterOffice connections

Another impressive feature of the QuickSwitch PBX is that it can be easily interlinked with other units to create a virtual network.

This enables you to call, transfer calls to and divert calls to other offices incurring only the cost of your broadband data use.
