QuickSwitch Pay-By-Phone

The QuickSwitch Pay-By-Phone system is an affordable and efficient way to take payments from your customers using only the PBX and your internet connection.

  • To utilise this system you will need to pass the following requirements
  • Broadband Internet Connetion
  • Exisitng Merchant facilities
  • An existing eMatters account (see below)
  • An existing Internet Merchant account from your bank (see below)

 

How does it work

From the point of view of the customer it is no different to using any other Pay-By-Phone automated payment system available from many companies today.
In just the same way that you pay your phone bill via Telstra's Pay-By-Phone system your clients will experience a similar system

eMatters and Internet Merchant facilities

In order to use the QuickSwitch Pay-By-Phone system you will need an eMatters account.
This acount allows you to use eMatters as a Gateway/Processing Centre for any payments taken via your PBX.
eMatters have a number of packages aviailable to make taking online payments simple and cost effective.

You will also need to apply to your merchant facilitator (usually your Bank) for an Internet Merchant Facility. Each finacial institution has differing requirements and charges for this type of facility.

eMatters are very helpfull and knowledgable when setting up these facilities and can also advise on the Internet Merchant application process.
